Kingscroft have been engaged to recruit for a Project Co-coordinator / Technical Administrator to work for a well-established fixed and mobile, voice, data and IT comms business. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of working in a telecoms and data environment, provisioning voice and data services, organising projects and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful projects.


The role would involve :

·         Support senior and technical staff in the provisioning of ADSL/FTTC/EFM/Fibre Ethernet circuits

·         Working closely with the senior coordinator to identify and resolve any provisioning problems or queries from the client or supplier.

·         Liaising with suppliers and channel partners on any issues

·         Checking hardware received from suppliers & distributors to make sure all components are present before dispatching to customers

·         Working in-line with our existing Sales Order Process and creating central document management relating to projects

·         Managing customer installations in line with company processes and procedures

·         Work closely with the engineering and service team to accurately report jobs and pass on relevant delivery information

·         Working with Voice Technicians to help deliver, install and support the maintenance of Converged Telephony solutions at customer locations, as necessary, under the direction of the Project Management and Technical Support teams
